Most of the TextBlaster service is automated and you should rarely experience problems. If there is planned maintenance, we will advise you by email in advance.

If you do experience problems, please let us know and we will address it in the shortest possible time. It is best to email us, but we also offer an SMS Hotline for urgent issues.
