As a responsible supplier of Mobile marketing and messaging solutions, PROMOTEXTER enforces a strict anti-spam policy.

There must be a direct relationship between the owner or originator ("Sender", "Client", "You") of the SMS message content, and the end-user who receives the SMS ('Recipient'), and the Recipient must have give prior approval to receive such messages from the Sender.

PROMOTEXTER does not condone unsolicited SMS text messages, notifications, alerts or any message. We reserve the right at any time and without prior warning to suspend or terminate any account that has been used or suspected of being used for SMS spamming. Any credit on the account will be frozen until such time that the Client can provide evidence of end-user opt-in or authorisation to receive messages.

PROMOTEXTER employs various methods to detect messages or content which are potentially unlawful or in breach of third party rights, such as filtering.

The Client undertakes that it will not knowingly use the services for any illegal, immoral, or improper purpose or in whatever manner which contravenes any third-party rights, any laws or requirements of a Regulator in the appropriate jurisdiction, or in anyway which is indecent or offensive or in anyway that could be considered as Spamming, and undertakes not to allow any third-party to do so.

The Client acknowledges that it will only send SMS messages via the TextBlaster platform to end-users who have opted-in and given permission to receive such messages from the Client.
