PROMOTEXTER provides mobile telecommunications and marketing services
(including the TEXTBLASTER SMS Campaign Manager Service) (collectively the "Services" or
the "PROMOTEXTER Services") to persons and organisations that open a customer account
(“Clients”, "Users" or "You"). As part of the registration process for the Services, You are asked
to provide certain personal or confidential company information.
It is the policy of PROMOTEXTER to protect the privacy of its Clients.
You acknowledge that PROMOTEXTER collects and processes your personal information for
the following purposes:
To open an account/register for use of the Services
To deliver the Services to you;
To develop the Services;
To market current and future Services to you; and
For administrative, billing reconciliations, trouble-shooting, reporting and
statistical analysis purposes.
PROMOTEXTER will only allow third parties to have access to relevant information concerning
Users ("User Information") in the following situations:
In order to allow mobile network operators or other third party suppliers to perform
certain functions as necessitated by the Client’s use of any of the Services.
To comply with applicable laws and regulations.
In connection with a sale or transfer of all or part of the assets, stocks or ownership
interests of Promotexter Ltd.
PROMOTEXTER may provide details of messages including message content as required
by upstream providers or telecom regulators or law enforcement officials investigating
potential or actual SMS spam and/or abuse/criminality.
PROMOTEXTER may send Users periodic emails or SMS messages containing information
about PROMOTEXTER and its services, administrative notices about a User's account, third party
product and service information likely to be of interest to you, and user satisfaction questions.
The Client acknowledges and accepts this Privacy Policy.
