Don't play hard to get! Set up your own mobile reply number
Two-Way campaigns let you reach your customers and allow them to reply via your own
dedicated Reply Number. A Reply Number can be one of the following:
TextBack Number
What is a TextBack Reply Number?
A TextBack number is a Virtual
Mobile Number (typically 10-12 like a regular mobile number) but hosted within the Operator
core network instead of within a handset, hence
allowing you to receive high volumes of local and international reply
messages (usually in excess of 30 per sec), all viewable through the web interface.
The VMN number is unique and dedicated to your Company, so can promoted
everywhere as your company's SMS contact number.
What
is it used for?
TextBack numbers are used when your customer wants to contact you by SMS, perhaps in
response to a Two-way mobile promotional campaign created and sent via the TextBlaster
interface (see Mobile Marketing section),
or in response to other marketing media (such as an in-store promo or a TV campaign)
Your inbound messages (or 'replies') are easily viewed in the TextBlaster
'Inbox' or under a specific Campaign if you allocate a KEYWORD associated
with the campaign.

You
can also create your own Keywords for campaigns, such as a product name, brand
name or promo campaign name. Most providers charge for this but we offer it for
FREE.
TextBlaster's Auto
Reply feature allows you to send a branded automated response to any
customer who replies to your campaigns.
PromoTexter can also develop
bespoke SMS Services or applications for campaigns tailored to
your company needs, allowing more interaction. Such services may be 'corporate'
such as automated info alerts, or 'promotional' such as an SMS game or perhaps
SMS element to support an in-store promotion (eg Scratch 'n Win).

Pricing
TextBack Number
pricing depends on the origin of the number, but it is basically on a rental fee
basis. There is a small processing fee per inbound message. The price charged to
the End User will depend on the Operator's price plans.
